FUC Mug

Don’t be a mug buy a mug! It doesn’t all have to be about the training you can still make your contribution while having a cuppa and chilling out.  If you’re in treatment maybe take this into hospital with you. I guarantee your fellow cancer patients will be feeling the same way.  Its a good way to stick your finger up to the big C without having to do any working out apart from possibly a bicep curl as you put the mug to your mouth! Or still move about and relax after with your favourite hot drink as a treat.
